Bernd Uhlmann erwähnt ein Design für einen Analogrechner-Chime mit 21 GFLOP pro Watt Leistung. Mein kürzlich erworbenes Nvidia Jetson TX2 Board liefert nominell 1.5 Teraflop bei weniger als 15 Watt Leistungsaufnahme und gemessen 900 GFLOP bei ca. 8.5 Watt. Das ergibt rund 100 GFLOP pro Watt. Es ist zwar „nur“ Single Precision, aber ein Analogrechner liefert weniger als 16 Bit Fixed Point.
